Official Rules for the Big Buck Bounty Contest

1. Eligibility:
   • Open to legal residents of [Country/State] who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
   • Employees of Skyrocket Motors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Entry:
   • Participants must submit an original photograph of a deer taken by themselves.
   • Only one entry per person is allowed.
   • Entries must be submitted between [Start Date] and [End Date].
3. Photo Requirements:
   • Photographs must be in JPEG or PNG format and not exceed [Maximum File Size].
   • Images must be clear and of high quality.
   • No watermarks, signatures, or any identifying marks should be on the photo.
   • The photo must not contain any obscene, provocative, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
4. Voting Process:
   • Public voting will begin on [Voting Start Date] and end on [Voting End Date].
   • Each visitor is allowed one vote per day.
   • Contestants are prohibited from voting on their own images.
   • Any form of vote manipulation, including the use of bots, fake accounts, or any other fraudulent means, is strictly forbidden and will result in disqualification.
5. Winner Selection:
   • The entry with the highest number of valid votes at the end of the voting period will be declared the winner.
   • In the event of a tie, a panel of judges appointed by Skyrocket Motors will select the winner based on creativity, originality, and overall appeal.
6. Prize:
   • The winner will receive a new Jeep Cherokee from Skyrocket Motors.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes.
7. Notification of Winner:
   • The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within [Number of Days] days after the voting period ends.
   • If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within [Number of Days] days, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Use of Entries:

   • Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules or that contain false, incomplete, or misleading information will be disqualified.
   • Skyrocket Motors reserves the right to remove and disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or not in keeping with the contest theme.
10. General Conditions:
    • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Skyrocket Motors, which are final and binding.
    • Skyrocket Motors reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest.
11. Limitation of Liability:
    • Skyrocket Motors is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the processing of submissions.
12. Privacy:
    • Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the contest and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
13. Applicable Law:
    • The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
